Shipping Information

We ship through FedEx; we cannot ship to postal boxes of any kind! Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. An automated message will be sent to your registered email address with a tracking number. Please add us, sales@pmibiz.com, to your approved senders list or check your junk folder for our automated messages.

Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska: bidders from these locations must provide their zip code and the eBay item number through for a shipping quote prior to bidding. Contact Us. Our flat-rate shipping prices do not apply to orders shipped outside of the continental United States.
Expedited Shipping: please contact us with your zip code and the eBay item number if you need a quicker shipping option. We will quote expedited shipping and make the necessary arrangements before you complete the checkout process.
Local Pickup: We do allow local pickups. You must complete the checkout process and select the local pickup option. You must schedule your pickup in our system, and you will be provided with all necessary details in competing your order.
Sales Tax: We are required by law to charge state sales tax on local pickups and all orders shipped within the state of Texas. If you are tax exempt, you will need to request our tax exemption paperwork and return it before completing your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL: We no longer offer international shipping. However, we can ship to an alternative address should you have family or friends within the continental United States.
Payments: We are required by law to charge Texas State Sales Tax on all orders shipped within the state or picked up in person. All winning bidders must go through a Kyozou checkout link to create the order!

We do accept PayPal, credit card payments over the phone (Visa, Mastercard, Diner’s Club or Discover), or cash payments made in person upon local pickup. If paying by credit card over the phone, please complete the Kyozou checkout process and select “PayPal” as your payment method. This will create your order in our system, which will greatly improve our speed in processing your payment over the phone!
Condition Scale:

All of our items are previously owned unless otherwise stated. Therefore, detailed history about each item is unknown. You are bidding on the item as seen in the provided pictures. None of our auctions include additional, unpictured accessories.

All items are rated according to our condition scale as outlined below. This scale is provided to show you, the bidder, how we rate our items.

NEW: Never used. In original packaging with all known accessories.
LIKE NEW: Shows little to no signs of use. Works perfectly. May not include all accessories or original packaging.
EXCELLENT: Shows some obvious signs of use, though appears to be well taken care of. May have some scratches or nicks to outer finish. May not include accessories. All signs of wear are cosmetic and do not affect functionality.
VERY GOOD: More noticeable signs of use or wear on the item. May have some minor dings, dents or scratches. Item is tested and works well.
GOOD: Very noticeable signs of use or wear on the item. May have some dings, dents or corrosion. Most of the damage is cosmetic and has only minor affects on usage. The item is not to be considered in perfect working order.
FAIR: Item is heavily used with many signs of wear and some functional issues. Functional issues are accounted for in the item’s description. Item is considered to be working but may require additional parts or repair to be fully functional.
AS-IS: Item may show signs of use or wear, is missing needed parts or accessories for proper testing or we were unable to test the item. These items are not guaranteed and do not fall within the guidelines of our return policy. Bidding on these items is at your own risk.
Returns: 10-day Satisfaction GuaranteeWe do offer a 10-day Satisfaction Guarantee on our items as an added measure of assurance when purchasing from Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry’s online listings. This guarantee covers all ranks of the condition scale with the exception of As-Is auctions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the item along with a brief note as to why you are returning it. You are responsible for packaging the item and any other shipping expenses involved. Please be sure return postage is either displayed on the shipping label or your receipt is included in the box. We do refund return shipping on a conditional basis.
Restocking FeeWe do collect a $10.00 restocking fee on returned items and from bidders who no longer wish to complete a transaction. This charge will cover all of our fees associated with listing an auction. eBay’s Final Value Fee credit does NOT cover listing fees; it refunds the portion they take from the final value of the auction upon the auction’s close. All returns are subject to this $10.00 restocking fee.
