Payment Information
Payment is required within 14 days of your auction win. If you wish to add more products to your order through bidding, they must be won within that 14 day period. Please send us a message via eBay Messenger to let us know that you are ready for an updated invoice. Our accepted methods of payment are PayPal and credit card (Visa/MC). If you wish to pay via PayPal, please select PayPal in the Payment Selection area. If you wish to pay via credit card, please select the credit card option and follow the instructions on the page following. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER METHODS OF PAYMENT.
Shipping Information
All shipments are made through Canada Post. Do not request a different service or request that we ship under your account with another service. Our handling time is between 1-2 business days after payment. You will receive a notification via e-mail as to when your item enters the shipping process. We do not provide tracking until the allotted time frame for shipping has passed as it takes about 1/2 hour to look up tracking on a single package. Shipping times are as follows:
Canada: 5-10 business daysUnited States: 2-3 weeksEverywhere else: 4-6 weeksWe DO NOT ship paintball-related goods outside of Canada/USA. And we DO NOT accept local pick-up.Shipping costs are discounted 50% on each additional item (some exceptions apply, such as purchases on paintballs). As stated in payment information, you must send a message through eBay messenger in order to let us know that you’d like your invoice updated. We do not receive “Request Total” requests.Please review all shipping and handling costs and keep these in mind as you bid on our items.
Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns only on items that are DOA. All items must be tested by the buyer immediately after reception. All DOAs must be reported to us withing 7 days of reception. Any returns for anything other than DOAs will be deducted the shipping fee as well as a 5% restocking fee.If you have any issues with your order, the best way to go about dealing with the issue is to contact us first. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8AM – 4PM Central Standard Time (9AM – 5PM Eastern/6AM – 2PM Pacific). We are closed Saturdays, with NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need to contact us via telephone, please call (204) 427-3852 during our hours of operation. If you only get ringing without an answering service cutting in, we are on the other line. If that seems to be the case try (204) 427-3498. If you cannot get us on either line, we are out of the office.Messages sent through eBay messenger are answered periodically throughout the day.
